When I think of NC senator, I think of Jesse Helms. What a great American.

Lara has been itching to get into elective politics for years.
Maybe this time, she will get her wish, or at least get some campaign experience trying to make it happen.

I think she would do well. I get the impression Lara is one of those people who is both a quick learner and is able to multi-task to efficient levels. The Trump family has given her several positions of responsibility over the years. Not to mention, she and husband Eric Trump have two children under the age of 10. Lots of responsibility and expectations.

When did Thom Thillis announce that he was not gonna do whatever is is that he’s not gonna do?

Maybe one term. Then she's out.

I do not see her staying in the "swamp" for a long time.

She'll rather live in Florida.

GOP Sen. Thom Tillis won’t seek re-election in North Carolina after drawing Trump’s ire
Tillis made the surprise announcement one day after he opposed a massive bill for Trump’s agenda in the Senate.

Yes. Lara Trump is the only person who can beat Roy Cooper (if he's running).
