What to do if you’re a wealthy NYC white person? Or even more of a challenge, if you’re a wealthy NYC white Jewish person?
Do you sell and get outta Dodge now, before property prices collapse?
Or do you hang tight and hope that either Mamdani does not win, or is not serious about his rhetoric?
There is a branch of mathematics that does the calculation, then tells you the best choice based on probabilities. I forget the name of that branch. But perhaps a Magic 8-Ball would do just as well.
