Hopefully, his time in prison will be exciting and short.

“Arius previously worked with kids as a teacher’s assistant at a school until a domestic violence incident last year with Montrell’s mother, his dad said.”

He’s not going to enjoy prison when his paperwork arrives. Some wigsplitter is going to earn some soups.

This one cannot be redeemed. He, the killer dad, was probably born to a crack addicted mother, his brains already screwed up before even learning to talk.
Judges should be able to offer “Sterilization Procedures” to those willing to plea bargin.

The gallows are the only appropriate sentence for this, but alas, it’s not on the menu of options.

RE: Yes boo boo it’s them
In the 1980s the Ann Arbor News had a policy of not publishing any photo of an accused or convicted criminal in a news story, if they were a person of color. The days of printed newspapers.
Apparently the strategy didn’t work. Some have continued to be suspects even today. /S

"The gallows are the only appropriate sentence for this, but alas, it’s not on the menu of options." I've always enjoyed your remarks on this forum, but sometimes you need to qualify them a little better:
"....it’s not on the (court sanctioned) menu of options."
I would direct your attention to my post #14.
