We're now receiving reports that there have been fresh explosions across Iran.
The Israeli Air Force says in a post on X that it is continuing "to attack missile launchers and infrastructure" in Iran.

I understand the AAA and offensive missiles will be logically destroyed first to give air superiority and free up planes used to defend against attacks that would otherwise be incoming, but am impatient to see Iran’s nuke facilities turned into smoking rubble along with its ability to make money from oil.
There’s not going to be much left soon

Destroy the ability to export oil.

Saudi Arabia must be ecstatic..................
Summer 1945. US bombers had no defenses shooting back when bombing Tokyo.
Seems the same here as Iran’s just taking it. I’d hate to be a captured pilot.
Natanz was destroyed (somewhere I saw some camera phone vid of the kabooms, apparently taken by an Iranian motorist) without any detected leak of radioactive contamination.
IDF attacks, destroys Natanz nuclear site, weapons during overnight strikes in Iran
However, the IDF has so far not attacked from the air against the Fordow nuclear facility, which lies underneath a mountain.

Uh, of course Japan shot at the B29s — fighters, ground fire. The main reason for taking Iwo Jima was for B29s limping back after sustaining damage and/or mechanical failure.
Apparently Israel is going after Iran’s ability to export Oil. Also, Iran’s new Turkey Gas Pipeline will not happen. They are destroying Iranian infrastructure, piece by piece. As Trump said, Iran better make a deal soon or nothing will be left.
(the Fordow nuclear facility, which lies underneath a mountain.)
If I’m not too sleepy, Fordow is near the city of Qom, Iran
Good, all military and nuclear infrastructure needs to be eliminated.

It also served as a base for fighter escorts.
Probably not much there, seems like that one has drawn the most scrutiny by the IAEA.
Before Iwo, something in the area of 100 B29s had been lost (if memory serves). The first time the capability of landing a distressed one was availed of was during the Battle of Iwo Jima. The Japanese had helpfully built three airstrips on the island before the USMC got there.
I wonder how the Iranian spy ships that tip off the Houthis are faring?
