Not conducting “endless wars” is a different issue from conducting necessary war. I beleive MAGA is not primarily comprised of pacifists or even anti-war people. Most MAGA I know have no problem with war that is just, prosecuted fully and even brutally, until the other party is defeated. That means conduct the war, conduct it to win it, and stop, go home.

War is endless when not conducted to conquer. Endless wars are a result of nation building and making the world safe for democracy.

Just like we owe Israel a thank you for destroying Saddam’s nuke program, so we owe them one for this (AND continued support to finish the job). No, I don’t want American troops of any uniform directly involved (unless Iran attacks our bases and personnel) and, no, we don’t have to approve of or support every policy that Israel has, but on THIS ISSUE we should steadfastly back them (as should Europe) because we are direct beneficiaries.

Nope. But people like Nitzy who spends up to 33 / 50 posts focused on Jews is. Plenty of others who need a new hobby other than persistent Jew bashing. This is a conservative site. One hopes they occasionally glance into a conservative topic from time to time. But several can’t find it in themselves to tear away from the Jew bashing.

There are reasonable and conservative arguments against funding other countries’ defense. I personally agree with many of these and disagree with some others. There is room in conservatism for a variety of disagreement on that subject.

But we’ve also got some folks who NEVER miss an opportunity to bash Jews as Jews. And do virtually nothing else.
