Colonel Richard Kemp, the former commander of the British military forces in Afghanistan, spoke to Israel National News - Arutz Sheva about the work of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) and its impact on the course of the war in Gaza.
"The establishment of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation is a turning point in the war," Col. Kemp stated. "It is a critical step towards eliminating Hamas from control in Gaza. Their most important means of controlling the population was dominating supply of aid, which was enabled by UNWRA and other humanitarian agencies who could not prevent supplies from being seized by Hamas. Aid was also a vital money-making machine for Hamas which has lost pretty much all other sources of funding to recruit and pay its terrorists. Hamas would take freely supplied aid and sell it to the civilian population at a heavy premium."
"So far, the GHF has delivered a remarkable 19 million meals, including nearly 2.6 million today alone. Some Gazans have commented that this is the first free aid they have received since the war began," he stated. He further noted that the GHF constitutes a "unique and innovative project. It is specifically tailored to deal with the unparalleled challenges that Gaza."
Last night, Hamas terrorists attacked a bus carrying GHF workers, killing eight Gazans who participated in the organization's humanitarian aid efforts. Col. Kemp believes that Hamas decided to attack aid workers because effective humanitarian aid undermines its rule in Gaza. "The effectiveness already of the GHF is demonstrated by Hamas’s threats and attacks against civilians seeking to make use of the system. We also recently saw Hamas murder eight local civilians working for the GHF, and wound and kidnap others. Hamas killing Gaza civilians is nothing new but this is a mark of their desperation.....

As long as it's not taqiyya. Always remember that Muhammad taught them to lie. That's because Muhammad himself was a lying pedo false profit. (intentionally misspelled, for those of you in Rio Linda)
There are 2.1 million Hamas members in Gaza. Where are all of them going to go?
There are 2.1 million Gazans, many of whom are with long-standing opposition, and badly oppressed by Hamas for years. Others are a-political and looking out for their families. The majority population in Gaza is under 20, and there has been no elections there in 20 years. It’s a demographic time bomb, and high time Israel lit the fuse.
Pretty soon the heads of Hamas will be paraded around on pikes, in sh’Allah. Whoever replaces them will be less evil and less crazy, at least at first.
What exactly was the form of employment that folks in Gaza acquired the money to pay for the aid hamas sold them?
I know of no other economic activity there than terrorism.
If the general population does have a source of income, hamas, will probably find another way to “tax” them.
Nevertheless, cutting hamas from the aid gravy-train was a great move.
99% of them support what Hamas is doing. That makes them all Hamas. Time to export them!
Maybe they’ll quell the rebellions brewing in Gaza by giving the locals a “scholarly” lecture in bad, rusty literary Arabic. After half an hour, they’ll all commit suicide.
There’s a three-star hotel in Gaza, internet shops, grocery stores, etc. The official narrative is that the natives are all unemployed or underemployed. Not so, even without the agricultural work for Jewish “settlers” in the Gaza envelope that are now closed off to them.
Realistically, they should all live in a city in Saudi Arabia.
Call it Hamastan.
MBS rules with an iron fist.
Civilians in Hamastan are not allowed to leave for 20 years.
There will have to be de-Hamasification.
Gradually, they'll get national IDs and they'll become contributing citizens in Saudi Arabia.
They are all Muslims. So they have the same religion. And similar culture.
This is where MBS comes in. So they'll stop being "radical".
MBS seems like a moderate. But he'll never do it anyway because this move will piss off the hardliners in Saudi Arabia.
President Trump’s proposal makes a great deal of sense, indeed it is the best idea anyone’s come up with
namely, to move them to an Indonesian island (Indonesia has thouands of under-utilized islands, its an immense archipelago). With proper guarding, the Fakestinians can then do as they wish there without access to any civilized human beings to terrorize or attack or slaughter, ever again.
If they don’t stop the killings of aid workers, GHF will be very ineffective. Give the workers guns: they know who to shoot.
Quite true. They can have their uncles shadowing them with AK-47s, and taking out the perps. But there’s nothing like a derringer for fast deployment.
He’s right. Hamas started out way back 40-50 years ago as an aid organization. They did not have much of a military militia. They fed the poor and taught religious classes to kids. Then Oslo created an opportunity for political advancement. The PLO was basically “put in charge” by Israel, at the insistence of Europe and the US. Was a horrible mistake. Anyway that created the opportunity for internal opposition. Before Oslo Israel was in charge. There was an intifada against Israeli control in the late 1980s but it was nothing compared to what happened after 1999. Anyway Hamas was able to wrest control from the PLO in Gaza and idiotically we westerners and Israelis “respected the election results” even though it was one election one time 20 years ago. Lol. Cant go back in time but Israel did the world a favor and hurt itself by inviting (and arming!) the PLO to come into Ramallah. This stopped the PLO from attacking TWA jets and the like but turned on Israel. They never wanted a 2 state deal. They got a foothold next door to Israel with worldwide support and legitimacy. And now look, all these college kids who were just eggs in their mother’s ovaries when all this went down are now calling Israel the bad guy.
I digress. Israel doesn’t need to put housing settlements in Gaza but they need to occupy it completely. Hamas as rulers was 90% a pretense anyway. They were nust mafiosos. Israel and the West gave the people everything they needed - water, sewage, food, money, medicine. Hamas were just violent hustlers and grifters. So yes get rid of them, they never were of any use. Israel should control all the territory, provide all the necessities including security. At the same time they gotta go inch by inch and find every tunnel and bunker and weapon and figure out a way (which I think they basically have) to ensure no more smuggling and weapons. Europe and the college kids can shut the front door. People will get food and medicine and housing and violence will end and the kids will go and hate Israel for some other reason. Because this hatred of Israel, making up claims of genocide and brutal occupation isn’t rational or based on objective reality or reflective of the generations of events that led to the situation they are in now. But it won’t last forever and there will be no genocise or starvation or any of that propaganda BS.
