John Roberts Is The Face Of Leftists’ Judicial Coup

Not a week seems to go by without a rogue lower court judge issuing yet another overreaching edict designed to subvert the will of the American people.

While these “judges” certainly deserve criticism for rubber-stamping leftists’ lawfare, there’s one individual who deserves primary blame for this concentrated effort to cripple Trump’s presidency via a judicial coup: Chief Justice John Roberts.

Over the past five months, rogue lower courts have issued nearly 200 overreaching injunctions and temporary restraining orders attempting to prevent Trump from fulfilling his Article II obligation to execute the nation’s laws. And yet, despite this egregious usurpation of constitutional authority, the Supreme Court’s leading justice has done nothing substantive to stop it.

Roberts’ refusal to control the insurrection within his own branch is even worse than it appears.

While speaking at an event in Buffalo, New York, the chief justice effectively endorsed judicial supremacism. That is, as Roberts put it, that courts can unilaterally “strike down … acts of Congress or acts of the president” they view as unfavorable or unlawful — irrespective of the people’s wishes as expressed through their elected representatives.

Judging by his own words, it’s not outlandish to assume that Roberts has no interest in curtailing the lower judiciary’s anarchic actions because he believes that what these rogue judges are doing isn’t excessive at all. While he may offer the Trump administration relief in certain cases here and there, his willingness to permit this usurpation of the president’s Article II powers to continue unabated — and to publicly attack those who criticize it — speaks volumes.

Omygosh. Aren’t Roberts’s illegally adopted kids grown up yet? They can’t use them as leverage against him still, can they?

Roberts has severe Long TDS.

He doesn’t want Trump to succeed.

His primary weapon is legal delay. [And likely back channel communications on legal strategery with his lefty District Judges [and perhaps directly or indirectly with his friend, Norm Eisen].]

As long as Roberts and company impose Cloward-Piven ‘due process’ on illegals and tolerate anarcho-tyranny, they can laugh and grant Pyrrhic victories to MAGA on a host of other issues and not change the revolutionary outcome.

In the modern age, law doesn’t really exist. The rule of law has been replaced by the rule of judges. They decide what result they want, and then rationalize how to get there by manipulating facts and inventing new “law”, e.g., the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment requires legalization of homosexual marriages. What the judges decide isn’t very important. What is actually important is that they “sell” their whimsical opinions in long, verbose opinions to hide their lack of a rational or precedential basis. Their motto is this: “When the great law professor comes to write a grade beside your name, he will ask not if your rulings were correct, but how you explained the same.”

He’s got something going on with the Knights of Malta and the Bank of Malta.

Even if we discount that there was a John Roberts on the Epstein Flight Log, there is a very good chance that the truth is that John Roberts is yet another former conservative who has “grown in office,” and more concerned about having nice things written about him in the mainstream media than doing his job correctly and ethically.

The way his and wife’s scam went>>> They wanted white children. But Ireland does not allow foreigners to adopt Irish children. So Roberts had two young and pregnant Irish women fly to a South American nation. The babies were born there and legally adopted from lets say or guess, Peru or Argentina.

Never forget how Roberts was made CHIEF Justice when installed. Crooked and infuriating. Should have been Thomas or Scalia. Disgusting - his attitude towards the unlawful suits all against Trump.

Perhaps John Roberts believe that it is the responsibility of Congress to "control" the federal court system.

Only the SCOTUS is mandated by the Constitution. So Congress can dismantle every federal court in the U.S. except for the SCOTUS, if that's what they wanted to do.

At this point, this may be necessary. And we can recreate the federal court system one by one, if that's what we wanted to do.

Actually, Roberts had been nominated to succeed Sandra Day O’Connor as an Associate Justice. But, while pending his confirmation hearings, CJ Rehnquist passed away.
So, George W Bush revised his nomination from Associate Justice to Chief Justice.
He was nominated to be Chief Justice, he was confirmed as Chief Justice, and he was sworn in as Chief Justice.

Just another stupid-ass play by W. And, we are still paying the price.

Unlawful, yeah. Unfavorable? No

John Roberts biggest blunder is when he made the statement that judges were appointed for life so they could be apolitical.

Just look at Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson and their voting records.

Yes, John Roberts and the rest of the leftist/woke Supreme Court "justices" are the epitome of the hyper-educated but woefully unwise.

Education without wisdom is more dangerous than ignorance.

I doubt that they have any comprehension whatsoever that someone can be at the top of his class at whatever and yet be stupid, but the wise understand very well.

He's exactly right as to what he said. There was no job waiting for them on the outside.

But it doesn't mean they won't vote their personal poliics...although they shouldn't be...but obviously the three mentioned are.
