California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and the state’s attorney general filed their much-anticipated lawsuit over President Trump’s decision to send in California National Guard troops to Los Angeles to quell immigration protests, calling it an “unprecedented power grab.”
Filed in federal court in San Francisco on Monday afternoon, the suit asks a federal judge to block Trump’s authorization as an unconstitutional incursion into state authority under the 10th Amendment.

The problem is a shortage of self-respecting judges.
It’ll make its way to SCOTUS, where Trump will prevail.
Newscum thinks he’s got this in the bag, but he just lost his shot a being POTUS down the road.
These weren’t peaceful protests at the beginning, and they aren’t peaceful protests now. If you can’t contain the damage with your own forces, then it’s only right for the President to step in and help you get control.
Newscum might win blue states like Kamala did, but every where else, he’ll lose in a big way.
