Figueroa-Olivo has been charged with manslaughter after he turned himself in to police Thursday afternoon.

Figueroa-Olivo, who also lived at the location, was not legally permitted to possess the handgun, police said. He's slated to be arraigned Friday morning.
Gang tattoo on perp’s neck.
Both are probably MS-13 and got into a lover’s quarell.
Damn guns are breaking loose again and killing people in spite of its owner telling it “NO”.
