I love love love Massie’s plan. Enough pork and salt. We are on slippery slope to bankruptcy without brakes. I know president Trump has lots if experience in dealing with bankruptcies. But national bankruptcy is worse by orders of magnitude than individual business bankruptcy.
For the most part, I like it. Outlawing Medicaid and educational benefits for illegals should be the first line item.
That means how me and you handle our finances. We spend no more than income.
It is not a difficult concept.

So his plan is to put forth a bill that will not pass, get nothing, lose our tax cuts, and get slaughtered in the mid terms.
Most people are not as ideological as FReepers and nobody to date has made a convincing argument to the masses that we are on the road to doom with our debt. Before the “Massie Plan” could ever be implemented there would need to be a sea change in public opinion.
I am in bond market. I am loving the higher interest rates I am getting due to higher rates. But I love my grand children more than my profits.
Elect better Congress critters. We the people rule the country. Not corrupt life long career politicians.

“…we have to PAY…”? Actually, the idea is that to prevent tax cuts from INCREASING the deficit/national debt the plan should reduce expenditures on things such as payments to illegals, foreign “aid”, etc., etc.
