Unless and until an ICE agent or any federal officer is harmed by this tactic, best to ignore them.

If someone does get hurt, then it will be time to file federal charges against them. Treason sounds about right.

My, my. He needs an indepth examination of his finances and spending along with communications because it would seem to the casual observer that he is deliberately undermining the security of the United States after backing all the lawless immigration for the past few years.

Is he or his associates in communication or have transactions with cartels?
Is he receiving money from CCP or Iranian groups?

That’s said, a Deep State controlled Congress will not do it.

It takes a 2/3rds majority vote to expel a member. No matter what he says or does, dems won’t vote to expel Hakeem. And even if they did, Hakeem would easily win re-election to his seat. SCOTUS has ruled in the Adam Clayton Powell case, that the House cannot refuse to seat him.

We’d then be treated to the spectacle of the dems welcoming him back with rousing choruses of ‘We Shall Overcome’.
