Russian authorities formally classified recent bombings targeting railway infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions as acts of terrorism on Tuesday, following deadly explosions between May 31 and June 1.

"The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia has classified the bombings of sections of the railway and bridge structure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions... as terrorist acts," Investigative Committee spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko told reporters.

"It is obvious that the terrorists, acting on the instructions of the Kiev regime, planned everything with maximum precision so that hundreds of civilians would be hit," Petrenko emphasized. According to investigators, seven people were killed and 113 others injured, including children.

Russia has attacked Ukraine infrastructure (i.e. power grid). Those are valid military targets. They have also attacked civilian targets.

Ukraine has attacked Russian military target and infrastructure.

Why is it ok for one side and not the other?

the funny thing is that missiles and sabotage go both ways.. and that's how we end up with WW3. I'm waiting for US Spec Forces to have casualties and then it will get very nasty for everyone. I'd keep an eye on the Ukrainians doing something to pull us into this conflict by harming American forces... it's just a mess that needs to be stopped.

What are Russian attacks on Apartment Buildings, schools and hospitals in the Ukraine? Are they terrorist attacks?

This is a war that Russia started. Yes, civilians are harmed in war. A bridge is and has always been a potential military target, since before the Middle Ages. From what I have seen in the news, Ukraine has mostly been targeting valid military objectives.....Russia, not so much.
