I think Russia has concluded that they must now in light of MI6/CIA operations occupy and reclainm all of Ukraine right up the Polish border. As long as Ukraine exists the west will cynically use the population as a hostage army to fight Russia.
The Russians are now under no illusions. The west will use Ukraine until they defeat all of it.
Trump has told the French and British to get out of Ukraine along with the US.
Your idea of Russian propoganda starts with the ideas of American and British propoganda designed to create a hostile Ukrainian government and all the manufactured BS turn Ukraine into a battering ram for NATO, using hostage Ukrainians.
Cynical are NATO and the West. Blood money has supported the EU for 250 years. This will change and the EU will have to abandon it’s socialism and get their people back to work in farming and manufacturing in order to live and eat. For too long the EU has starved Africans by imposition of unequal trade deals after the installation of leaders handpicked by the west - usually after attending wester colleges in the US or Britian.

This was the Russia opinion from the beginning. This war was never merely about NATO expansion or a few disputed provinces. It was about the existence of Ukraine as an independent country.
