President Donald J. Trump heads to Pennsylvania today, where he’ll champion the partnership he brokered between U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel — a $14 billion investment that will create at least 70,000 jobs and ensure steel is made in America for decades to come.

AMERICAN JOBS, AMERICAN STEEL.

The landmark agreement comes alongside a host of companies from across industries that are onshoring their production and investing in American manufacturing as President Trump relentlessly pursues his America First trade policies.

Look no further than the automotive industry:

It’s not just the auto industry; scores of others are lining up to invest in America:

That doesn’t even include the U.S. investments planned by foreign countries:

Do we have enough people who are qualified to fill all those jobs?

I don’t think so. We’re too Woke.

From retirement homes?
All so nice, but irrelevant to me personally.
I’ve been officially and involuntarily “No longer in the workforce” for years now.
Age discrimination is technically illegal, and rampent.

I don’t see a single company there that is going to send work to my small machining operation.

I jumped the gun in my first reply. I’m 75 and see your point.

But where are we going to get enough qualified people to fill all those jobs? I say we can’t because we’ve been too dumbed down and Woke.

“Stellantis announced a $5 billion investment in its U.S. manufacturing network, including re-opening its Belvidere, Illinois, plant.”

The Rockford area could sure use all those jobs. That plant has been idle for over 2 years now.

Not at all. I’m realistic and want this country to prosper and succeed.

You must be one who believes in Unicorns and magic wands and DEI...just kidding.

**You tell me where all the capable and properly trained people will come from**.

We’re too much of a dysfunctional society as it is and too many don’t have a good work ethic or are scared to get their hands dirty.
