This is almost always the case.
She is not going to die if she’s fired. She’s not going to lose a leg, arm, or eye.
If she were to prevail, the harm to her could be repaired. It could mean getting the old job back. It could mean financial compensation.
But she should be fired. And she should have to find work in the private sector. And she should be stuck with lawyer fees and court costs.
