The old guard, who orchestrated Biden’s rise and propped up his administration long after the engine failed, is learning what all empires do: illusions cannot govern forever.
There was a time when Barack Obama could end primary campaigns with a sentence and turn congressional tides with a smirk. His approval alone anointed candidates, even as his own policy legacy, Obamacare, Iran, and record-setting deficits, faded into dysfunction.

I’ve long posited that the Rats were like the Soviet commies in the 1980’s. They were ruled by an old core group of Politburo people without genuine new blood. These people anointed Kamala “heels up” Harris first as Biden’s VP and then the Rat nominee. I enjoyed the chaos and hope it continues.

I don’t recall Obama being especially effective for the down-ballot.
These people served the Deep State Blob.
They may have had their heyday, but the blob still exists and is meddling in the Trump Presidency.
We see nothing so far as getting rid of the blob. The cabinet has yet to deliver anything except bad neocon influence policy wise that will continue to break America and lead us into WWIII.
A selfish pathetic GOP Congress unwilling and unfit to codify and deliver DOGE to the people and enact the promises Trump made.
An FBI, DOJ, a feckless and disappointing bunch as we could not imagine.
It all started out of the gate so well, but the focus on all foreign entanglement has bogged us down. We needed a super proactive admin to get tough on domestic issues and instead we watch mewling weenies with an “I can’t” attitude.
Trump needs to get shitty with and fire some of these DS losers while stepping on the gas.

The tentacles are too entangled. And the system is self serving and protected with endless redundancy and plausible deniability. I’m now pretty sure it cannot even be stopped. All we can hope to do is try to soften the blows as they come. Right now they are stalling as much as they can and at midterms they are going to be right back in high gear again.
Many have called that a defeatist attitude. No, it is called reality. This whole thing is far bigger than Trump. Far far bigger. Unfortunately Trump is insignificant in the true bigger picture of things. And lying to ourselves just cannot change that fact.

Personally, I believe the chaos (and exposure of the left’s gaming of the Republic’s “system”) is a gift from GOD and an answer to prayer.

My belief is that we were actually very fortunate that Obama was not as ambitious as he might have been. He really had a hold on this country, and he basically went for little victories and personal wealth.
