Most are good people with good intentions. Many of them may have good intentions and dreams of liberty somewhere in their hearts. But no one leaves the PRC except by permission. Their "students" sent to US colleges do so on the watchful Communist state's dime, under assignment to collect information for the competitive benefit of Chinese military and industry.
We're not talking about party-hardy French exchange students.

The NYT dusting off the old Walter Duranty gambit to admire and cover up the liars and murderers of communist China.

Shocking. Now, if Harvard wants Chinese faces among their students, they will have to drop the racist DEI policy of admissions discrimination and instead admit top-performing Chinese American students rather than CCP princelings from China loyal to the Chinese government.

This is not about the treatment and feelings of Chinese students, individually or collectively.
I don’t want to hear any sob stories. This is all about national defense.
Trump should have sent them packing during his first term, imo.

When the Slimes criticizes you, you know you are on the right side of history. Please keep it up, Mr. President.

The flow of students from China to the United States has long been one of the most reliable ballasts in the two countries’ relationship, despite growing geopolitical tensions and China’s superpower ambitions. vivian wang is a comedian, dumbass...or a ccp loyalist.
