Ecuadorian suspect was released twice by local authorities despite ICE detainer requests.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement captured an Ecuadorian illegal immigrant who is facing vehicular homicide charges in Minnesota on Friday.
The August crash, in which German Adriano Llangari Inga allegedly had a blood alcohol content "twice the legal limit," killed mother Victoria Eileen Harwell, and hurt her teenage daughter and sister, according to DHS and local media outlets.
"Despite a lack of cooperation from local Minnesota authorities, ICE arrested criminal illegal alien German Llangari Inga. This criminal illegal alien has been evading prosecution for vehicular homicide that resulted in the death of Minnesota mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell," Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement on Tuesday.

The family should sue the individuals in the government who came up with the policy of non-cooperation with ICE, for wrongful death. As private citizens so the payout doesn’t come from tax dollars.
Among other reasons, this is why I Have no compassion for Joe Biden. I don’t wish him ill but I also don’t wish him well; too many lives such as this fine lady’s were destroyed by his rampant corruption and illegality.
Kudos to ICE for doing their job where the local authorities couldn’t do their jobs.
There are laws fpr “aiding and abetting a criminal.” Why are the feds not going after these rogue, illegal prosecutors such as Ellison? Why follow any laws when those in control don’t follow their own?????

It’s hard to keep track of which evil scum they are rooting on.
I can’t find any evidence that they came to his aid. But, the handling of his case by local authorities in Hennepin County (led by noxious Democrats) was criticized by the White House and others for leniency and general obstructive behavior toward ICE.
