First daughter Tiffany Trump announced the birth of her baby on Thursday, writing on Instagram: "Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos."

Alexander Trump Boulos' name is a combination of parts parents' names. Tiffany's husband is Michael Alexander Boulos, and in some families, parents choose to use the mother's maiden name as a middle name for the child.

Tiffany Trump's father-in-law, Massad Boulos, is a Lebanese-American business magnate who serves as the president's senior adviser on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.

Boulos was an ardent backer of Trump's 2024 campaign, making frequent appearances on Lebanese television to stump for the Republican presidential nominee.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

Fitting the President’s part-Lebanese grandson is born as he was in the Middle East.

This marks 11th grandchild for Donald Trump. Congratulations!

Not sure how the baby’s father feels about his last name of Boulos coming last, after Tiffany’s last name of Trump.
I can certainly understand her pride in the name of Trump.
Maybe that’s the proper way,
as in Caroline Kennedy Scholsberg (sp)

Never mind. I actually read the article this time.
Trump will be the child’s middle name.

Hmmm...how is it possible to know it’s a male child? These are extremely difficult questions even a Supreme Court Justice is not qualified to answer.

Is Biden’s grand daughter going by Navy Roberts Biden yet?
Or is the Biden’s legal suit to deny her the Biden name still in effect?

When little Navy grows up, she will sue to have the Biden name removed.

I suggested my daughter and her husband use my last name for my latest grandson’s middle name because I’m the last male in ny family. My last name is unusual but it would have worked. They went with my first name as the boy’s middle name, so my last name is gone when I die. Had 3 sisters and my uncle is gay. Last I checked there are maybe 5 people in the entire country with my last name.

It should be Boulos Trump if they follow Spanish naming custom.

We have an unusual surname also. For a while, my husband was the last of his family to pass on the family name. He has four sisters. Fortunately, we have two sons, and the older is the father to two young boys, so it will continue.

However, we have since learned that there are some newer arrivals with the same last name, so there will likely be others down the road. I wonder if we’re related, as in 3rd cousins or more.

The father-in-law is apparently a scammer. Pretended to be a billionaire, and then an expose revealed that he’s likely hundreds of millions in debt

Newsweek elementary school edition? They really needed to explain the name? My brothers middle name is my mom's maiden name. Not a new thing.

Why would they? Neither is any kind of Spanish. He is of Greek extracton.

I was the only person with my unusual first name together with my very common last name in the major city where I started my business some years ago, and was able to use my name almost like a logo—until around 12 years in, when several people with the same name cropped up. How did I learn of it? They had bad credit, and I started getting bill collection calls.

Always something.

Apparently our surname is very common in the old country. People mispronounce and misspell it ALL the time. I’ve gotten used to that over the years.
