Reports say Pakistan violated the ceasefire agreement with India just hours after President Donald Trump announced one between the two nations.
Explosions were heard in Srinagar and Jammu, with projectiles and flashes visible in the night sky over Jammu.
“What the hell just happened to the ceasefire? Explosions heard across Srinagar!!!" Omar Abdullah, the region's top elected official wrote on X. "This is no ceasefire. The air defence units in the middle of Srinagar just opened up."

i’m actually kind of embarrassed for india to have their french made jet shot down by crappy paki chinese made j10c.
raefael(sp?) stock is gonna tank.
The Rafale is made by Dassault. It isn’t a bad jet. The Indians used it as a bomber. Pakistan’s J-10 is just a fighter. But it isn’t just fighters. Both sides have force multipliers like long-range surface to air missiles, and Airborne Early Warning and Control (AWACS) aircraft. Pakistan has twice the AWACS as India, which has to use them to cover Pakistan and China. AWACS have long range radars to find fighters. Pakistan likely had J-10C fighters without their radars on using the AWACS for targeting data. They used the Chinese PL-15 long range missile (200-300km range) which used the AWACS platforms for targeting correction, only tunrnign on their AESA radars 10-20 miles out, giving the Indian pilots 20-30 seconds to respond by dropping their bombs, turning on countermeasures, and maneuvering. First shot generally means first kill. The French meteor missiles are better in some aspects, but only have a range of 200KM. (this is better than the American AMRAAM). My analysis isn’t theoretical. The only missiles the Indians have publicised finding are the PL-15. The Pakis used better tactics and this should scare the USAF and Navy.
