On 31 March 2025, the anniversary of Georgia’s 1991 independence referendum, thousands rallied on Rustaveli Avenue under the slogan “The People’s Spring is Coming.” President Salome Zurabishvili called for the resistance to take a political form alongside street protests, proposing a “Platform of Resistance” to unite pro-European forces pushing for new elections and the release of political prisoners.
The protests, now in their 128th consecutive day, erupted after Georgia’s ruling Georgian Dream party claimed victory in the October 2024 parliamentary elections with 54% of the vote – results international observers and opposition groups widely condemned as fraudulent. The situation worsened when Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced a pause in EU membership negotiations until 2028, despite overwhelming public support for European integration.

It’s good to see the PEOPLE of Georgia got their way, rather than a small bunch of Globalist-Radicalized Leftists.
Lessons are being learned around the world regarding how Western NGOs are no longer involved with altruism - now their job is to either overthrow popular governments, or to support Globalist Client-states.

These United States of America have a long-standing "Foreign Agents Registration Act." When Hungary was enacting, it was the Soros groups which worked actively against a similar "Foreign Agents Registration Act." And then in Georgia. And so on.
Even Britain is enacting something similar with "The Foreign Influence Registration Scheme (FIRS) will come into force on 1 July 2025. FIRS will protect the safety and interests of the UK by improving the understanding of activity taking place in the UK at the instruction of a foreign state or certain foreign state‑controlled organisations."
This Euromaidan article is essentially supported by George Soros and his "charity" work.

TOTALLY AGREE!
This protest occurred in the nation of Georgia fighting against the Russia policy, which allows Russia to claim special legitimate status in the European security architecture and to maintain its control over the post-Soviet space while at the same time avoiding the view of being an expansionist power or energy manipulator.
