The notion the United Kingdom government, its people, or way of life are something worth fighting for appears to be in decline, with a survey finding that less than half of the nation would be willing to fight and defend their country for any reason.
According to a poll from Ipsos released to coincide with Victory in Europe (VE) Day, which marks the formal surrender of Nazi Germany to the Allied nations in 1945, some 48 per cent of Britons would not fight for their country “under any circumstances.”
Conversely, a paltry 35 per cent said that they would be willing to put their lives on the line to protect the UK, while 17 per cent said that they were unsure, the Mail on Sunday reported.
Unsurprisingly, there was a stark distinction among the sexes, with 49 per cent of men saying they would take up arms, compared to 21 per cent of women who said the same.

After 9/11 I was ready to fight but I was talked out of it.
What country would they fight for?
I wouldn’t fight for England, either.
After 9/11 American enlistments did not explode as much as one would have thought, and black and females actually grew more hesitant when facing the threat of war.
Given time to sell patriotism though, the target markets would become more oriented to serving and that applies to people in all countries.
Why would anyone want to fight for Perfidious Albion?

Davos globalists and marxists have nearly eliminated any sense of British nationhood. The country is flooded with migrants. Any native citizen who publicly complains is literally arrested. Everyone is a debt slave and subject of the regime.
Pretty much all over the so-called “Free World”.
There’s no England now.
The main reason being, they no longer see England as their country, viewing it mainly as the area in which they now live. Just as in America, the schools and the majority of elected leaders discourage patriotism or national pride. Such attitudes are usually not rewarded or are simply tolerated for ceremonies and days off the work week.
We are in the same boat. It’s going to take years of deliberate efforts to flip that trend around.
How many people will say they are willing to fight for anything at all? The left has stigmatized self defense and protecting others while at the same time developing its own cadre of enforcers. If you are assaulted your first response is supposed to be to understand “why” the other person assaulted you.
I’m sure if the UK were attacked by a capitalistic carbon using liberty minded Christians they would fight back.
Good news. Declare war on the UK and they will surrender.
Remember when Mediocre Britain (formerly Great Britain) was going to go it alone in Ukraine? Yeah. Good times.
It was hard to keep the ranks filled in the Revolution.

And they are there to suck the resources and life blood out of the country. Why would they fight for it when they don’t consider it ‘their’ country? It’s the same thing here with the illegals protesting carrying the flags of the countries they’re from.
