Police body cam video footage of Kilmar Abrego Garcia allegedly being involved in human smuggling, as noted by Tennessee State Troopers.
The incident happened during a traffic stop in Tennessee in 2022.
“He’s hauling these people for money,” a trooper could be heard saying”

When the media makes you father of the year maybe not threaten to kill your wife or be involved in human trafficking might be a good idea
The media suddenly seems to be less obsessed with him the past couple days
I’m guessing their “sources” are saying yeh this guy is MS13 and we should move on to another less obvious gang member
Probably they found out that the Biden/Obama FBI told cops not to arrest him.
Why? Were the cartels paying off the FBI? You can be sure someone’s investigating that phone call.
Internal polls will do that.
Just because the cop said it doesn’t make it the truth. Then why didn’t they arrest him?. And the drug dog must have not hit on the car or they would have taken everyone out and searched the car.
Maybe his “wife” has gotten to her GO FUND ME LIMIT. Wonder how much she has collected
That van (which the cop thought was altered to add more seating) was owned by a guy who confessed to using it for human trafficking. It was flagged, that DHS was supposed to be alerted if that van was seen.
Why didn’t they arrest him? Ask the FBI; they are the ones who wouldn’t let the police arrest him.
They actually did search the van. That’s how they knew nobody had luggage even though they were moving to Maryland - and specifically to Abrego Garcia’s personal house.
Oh - and did you find it interesting that Abrego Garcia’s home was in Maryland but he said he was working in St Louis? That’s a bit of a long commute for doing construction in St Louis, wouldn’t you say? And his boss was in MD too... Why was a MD construction company (owned by a man who confessed to human trafficking of illegals from TX to MD) having his company do construction in St Louis?
Abrego Garcia’s lawyers say he never lived in New York so he couldn’t have been a member of a New York-based MS-13 clique as the informant was able to tell them (and to give them enough info that they were able to follow up on and get a photo of Garcia playing basketball with MS-13 members). But hey, if he can have the same address in MD his whole adult life and still be doing construction in St Louis and hauling people from TX in a van known to be used for human trafficking... then why couldn’t he also have been working in DC while living in MD? DC is a heckuva lot closer than St Louis.
But it seems to me that you are in denial about this whole thing. Or what media have you been accessing, that you never heard any of these facts?
Exactly.
Blah, blah... What you say is garbage
Is this the case where the female judge wants the DOJ to provide more “DISCOVERY” and she wants it immediately.
I wonder if she knew about these events.
Doesn’t look too good
You can bet your ass she knew. And benefitted.
Don’t waste your time arguing with a Democrat and a Ukie.
Thanks for posting the video from a good site.

This is old news except that now there is available video. Discovering that Abrego was an axe murderer would not make his removal without due process constitutional or lawful. It would only be relevant to charging him with something after he is returned. It is not clear how to charge the crime of traveling without luggage.

Hauling people for money is not a crime. It's what taxi drivers and Uber drivers do. Moreover, it is just a suspicion on the part of the trooper.
saw the cam video the front seat passenger looked frozen in place and in fear
lololol.
Your response says everything. Ad hominems are all that’s left for short-dick trolls.
Garcia received his due process already. he was ordered deported by 2 different immigration judges. The only issue was whether he could be deported back to El Salvador. The reason for his exception no longer exists, since the rival gang he fears are all in a facility where there isn’t room or equipment for them to be able to do violence to each other - the ONLY place in the world where gang members can be safe.
The immigration judges should be given this information and amend Garcia’s hold from El Salvador to reflect the updated information. That is the only “due process” left, and it isn’t a judicial process; it’s a clerical one. Data entry.
