The court cant just rule on its own. Someone has to bring a case to them to be heard.

I agree with you there is little chance Fauci is ever criminally tried for his role in Covid, what you can do to him that would really destroy him is to publicly ridicule and put all the blame on him. Besides all the money he’s made from being paid off from drug companies, the thing he lives for is the adulation of others, if you could destroy his reputation, you could destroy him, basically make his life a living hell.
In my mind he’s no better than Josef Mengele, Fauci has probably had a hand in killing and injuring far more people than Mengele ever thought about.
IF Fauci’s pardon is valid, that wouldn’t apply to charges from a state or foreign nation for his crimes against humanity. He should be charged somewhere quickly.
