Thank you very much and God bless you.

What a useless law. How I loathe this state.

Any appeals will eventually go to SCOTUS where they’ll declare the law unconstitutional and an infringement on the Supremacy Clause.

But hey, think of all the lawyer fees paid out for this loser of a law, which is the ONLY purpose of this law.

Probably partly why some firearms manufacturers have moved their factories from Connecticut or New York to Georgia.

Yes, and any CEO, who didn’t see this coming 10 years ago, should be fired.
The state with one of the proudest traditions of firearm manufacture, has gone full commie.

And if they haven’t, they’re not worthy to run the company!

Congress needs to cure the continued defiance of the Second Amendment at the state level — with easy-to-get injunctions and massive damages that are divided among gun owners.

Back after 1963 and the murder of JFK with an Italian army surplus rifle, many of the New England state politicians came out against army surplus rifles! “WEAPONS OF WAR! DESIGNED TO KILL PEOPLE!” was the cry. They got them banned along with foreign made Saturday Night Specials in 1968.
The REAL reason the politicians wanted the army surplus rifles banned was they were cheap competition to a nice slick Remington, Winchester or Savage rifle. $12 compared to $90. The shooting of JFK was just an excuse to have them banned.
The anti-gun seed was planted back then. Now the politicians of those same states are driving all gun making from their states. The SOUTH is still gun friendly.

I thought that this was addressed in 2005 with the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
Is that one of those “old laws” that the c/s/d keeps talking about?

F@#$in morons. There already is a US law that forbids this unless the gun company actively markets to kiddies.

This is the sort of political crappola that ought to get a jail sentence for every politico that votes on this. They took an oath to uphold Conn and US laws. Breaking that oath ought to result in their immediate removal.

Where is DOJ? PBondi and KPatel are failing. The midterms will not matter.
