A fan at PNC Park fell over the outfield wall and onto the track on Wednesday night during the Pittsburgh Pirates’ matchup with the Chicago Cubs.
In the seventh inning of the contest, a man in the right field section at PNC Park suddenly was seen falling headfirst over the outfield wall and crashing down onto the dirt during the middle of a play. The person appeared to jump up before flipping multiple times on his way down about 21 feet to the warning track.

Back before baseball went woke I was a rather intense fan and always dreamed of ‘joining the action’. Seems this guy went beyond his dream.
He was just overly enthusiastically doing the 7th inning stretch, ending up in a stretcher?
I don't care about the woke stuff. Analytics ruined baseball. Each game feels "scripted".
It appears all sports are having that problem now.
That is just plain weird.
Here come some of those giant sized chain link fences.
Sorry if the fence obscures your view to the game, but liability demands a change.

Heck of a 7th inning stretch.
It’s almost as if he was trying to do a handstand on the railing.
The Bucs had just actually scored a couple of runs and taken the lead - must have been an overwhelming shock.
Happened a few years ago at the Rangers ballpark, a fan died when they fell over the railing.
I seem to recall that as the opening game for what was then (early 1990s) the new Ranger Stadium. Someone went over the railing from the front row of the upper deck, and before the season’s second game in that stadium the following evening, they welded on an additional rail. I recall this because I had seats for the second game, seated in the front row of the upper deck, and had to spend the entire game looking around that new railing, which was installed but not painted. I think that the stadium has already been replaced.
Or they could go with shorter fences, 6-8’ instead of 20’.
And move the fence back 20-30’ while they’re at it!
Best way to save time to judge what a person is like see them drunk when the booze is in the truth is out.
Same for drugs
