Juvenile in hospital, known gang associate in custody after police shooting in Fairfax Co.

Virginia State Police troopers were involved in a shooting overnight on Tuesday in Fairfax County, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).

Around 12:43 a.m., a trooper was alerted that a suspect had fled in their vehicle during a traffic stop conducted by Fairfax City Police near Burke Station Road and Main Street.

For most people MS-13 is something they read about or see on the news…. In northern Virginia MS 13 is in EVERY high school and has been for years. The initial vehicle stop happened at Burke Station in Main Street., 3/4 of a mile from my house.
