EXCLUSIVE: Video shows male sex offender entering Fairfax rec center women’s locker rooms

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — 7News was the first to report that a male registered sex offender who now identifies as a woman allegedly exposed himself while in women’s locker rooms at eight locations in Arlington and Fairfax counties.

It took nearly three months of back and forth with Fairfax County, but 7News Reporter Nick Minock finally got his hands on surveillance video which shows registered Tier III sex offender Richard Cox, who we’ve reported on before, inside Fairfax County rec centers and clearly breaking the law.

7News obtained the exclusive video through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and it shows Cox inside Fairfax County rec centers in close proximity to children. That’s a violation for Cox as a registered sex offender.

Everyone you see blurred is a child, except in one instance where a woman walks with Cox out of the locker room. The woman is blurred because she was wearing a bathing suit.

The video also shows Cox, who now claims to identify as a woman, repeatedly entering women’s locker rooms at Oakmont Rec Center, Audrey Moore Rec Center, and Franconia Rec Center.

It's not men in woman's locker rooms.

Was at the gym one late evening and this insanely hot, very fit babe decided to self identify as a dude and use the men's locker room.

Now normally, this would seem to be a bit of a dream come true, but in reality - not so much.
