    This website would be filled with an outflow of support for Rand Paul if he had sponsored this legislation after JOE BIDEN had unilaterally imposed large tariffs on our trading partners.

    Not a smart move. It was congress that setup and funded all these fraud waste and abuse institutions and channels to get America in debt as it is.
Tariff rates are primarily set by Congress, as the U.S. Constitution grants this power to the legislative branch. They eventually gave the power to the president under some conditions.
They don’t need another bill this is just more “look at me I’m doing something” grandstanding.
