When we lived in Jacksonville, one of our Cub Scout dads was the XO on one of the subs. When his sub was back in port, he arranged for our Pack to visit. We drove past all the military guarding the entrance. All the Scouts got to press the button that launched the missiles. Quite a day!

We also took road trips up to Patriots Point in Charleston, where we 'camped' on the Yorktown.

Great memories.
