The Trump administration responded to the Supreme Court’s decision to temporarily block the deportation of illegal immigrant gang members by releasing the criminal records of several individuals alleged to be members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA).
The gang members in question are being held at the Bluebonnet Detention Center in Texas and had been slated for removal from the United States under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
The administration has argued that the law, which grants the president authority to deport nationals of hostile foreign nations, should be applied to gang members after President Donald Trump classified them as foreign terrorist organizations to expedite their deportation process.
However, the Supreme Court issued a ruling preventing the administration from using the 18th-century statute to carry out the deportations.
In response, the White House released detailed information about several individuals it claims are TdA members to highlight their violent criminal records.
Among them is Henry Jose Romero-Gonzales. The administration released images of Romero-Gonzales posing with firearms and stacks of cash. Officials told Fox News he faces pending charges for assault, crimes against a person, and unlawful possession of a weapon.

The media makes the single mom with 3 toddlers the face of illegal aliens. Those are actually a small percentage of the illegal aliens that crossed over the border during Biden's four years of corruption.
Most of the illegal aliens that came here are very violent gang members and those of military age.

What argument could possibly be made denying the leader of a foreign nation demanding extradition of their citizens in the US to face their crimes in their home country?
It becomes an extradition case, not an undesirable alien expulsion case at that point.
It shows the length these judges and those who hate Trump will go to - to defy Trump and try to dominate him.

I’m with you every murder every rape every child that’s missing is now on the Supreme Court‘s heads. They should all get their selves tattooed up. And the fact that they did it at 1 AM on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. And crawled away like the snakes they are! Every murder every mishap anything any illegal does is on the Supreme Court’s head!
Around 15 million unvetted illegal aliens poured across our intentionally wide open borders during the Biden admin. The havoc they’ll wreak is incalculable, and will likely make 9/11 pale in comparison. And the guy is doing everything he can to fix the problem, Donald Trump, will be blamed.
Simple solution in incarcerate them near or next to the judges.

That just shows how disconnected they are from legal voters. Those that immigrated here legally and became a part of our nation are some of the strongest opponents of the illegal alien invasion. Trump’s promise of border security is why many voted for him last November.
Controlling the border is one issue on which Trump’s approval rating is sky-high. The democrats are failing to read the room if they think taking the side of illegal alien gang bangers will win back the voters that have left their party.

I always thought it was the republicans that were stupid.

Maybe Alito is the only Justice who can’t be bought.
It appears that the 3 Trump appointed Justices are too afraid to rule on the side of the law. I surmise that the deep state wet works crew has gotten to them, thus has made them an offer they are too afraid to refuse. They are now compromised and Chief Justice Roberts and the other three women are just anti American and criminals.
