Arizona to begin removing as many as 50K noncitizens from voter rolls following lawsuit

All 15 Arizona counties have now begun the process of verifying and removing noncitizens from their voter rolls, including nearly 50,000 registrants who did not provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

"This settlement is a great result for all Arizonans," America First Legal (AFL) senior counsel James Rogers told Fox News Digital after his organization’s successful lawsuit spearheaded the process in Arizona.

AFL filed the lawsuit against the 15 Arizona counties last year on behalf of EZAZ.org, and Yvonne Cahill, a registered voter and naturalized citizen, arguing that the counties had not been following a state law that requires proof of citizenship to vote in local and state elections and for the state to do monthly checks of the rolls for noncitizens.

AFL has been doing the heavy lifting in getting state voter rolls cleaned up. Arizona Democrats win with illegal alien votes. That's how they ended up with far left-wing Katie Hobbs as Governor.

Only 50,000? Well, it’s a start, I guess.

Many illegal immigrants registered to vote to use the voter registration as an acceptable ID to obtain other government services.

This past week I had a case where an Amish client could not change his address at the US Post Office as he did not have a photo ID. They have no driver’s license or photo ID. (Horse & buggy folks)

I checked the rules and found that an alternative ID that was acceptable without any photo was a voter registration. They do NOT accept birth certificates or Social Security cards.

I called the national USPS helpline and they had no idea how to change the address without a photo ID unless the change was done online with a credit card, or with a voter registration.

Yer right - the cartels paid a lot for Arizona and they expect to get their money’s worth. Politicians, judges and law enforcement aren’t cheap when there’s a whole country to fool into thinking it’s still part of the republic.

“I checked the rules and found that an alternative ID that was acceptable without any photo was a voter registration.”

It sounds like you solved that particular problem. I’m glad your client had a voter registration card.

We need to get the DOGE Team to Arizona ASAP.

DOGE needs to do a quick matchup to see how many Registered
Voters have an AZ REAL ID showing they are USA citizens.

Also, DOGE needs to make a trip to DHS to get the list of non-citizens in the USA and match that against the AZ Registered
Voters list. We now have friendly leadership at DHS so now is the time to make stuff happen.

It disgusts me they send people to war and then cheat and steal elections, robbing Americans of their rights.

Well, that and “not at all suspicious” voting machine failures and ballot shortages exclusively in conservative precincts.

The Dem voting people of the State of Arizona and the rest of the Americans who allow this heinous act of takeover of our election system are guilty.

It takes a lawsuit to make them stop-—if the justice system ends up with that result, that is.

Americans should be able to vote in America. Exclusively.

They should be brought to justice. But as a last resort within the judicial system.
