Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday defended a state agency’s involvement with a $10 million donation to a charity founded by his wife as a “cherry on top” deal using funds from a settlement between the agency and the state’s largest Medicaid contractor.
State law mandates that money from the settlement be put in a trust fund or a general fund under legislative oversight.

Still obsessed with DeSantis, I see
Not a good look in the era of corruption.
The appearance of impropriety.
Money is a test of honesty few winners around now days.
Oh how they ALL play the game!
FNGO now means two things, yet the same.
Sniff, sniff..... there’s a foul odor in the air from Florida.

Absolutely. But it’s always the cover up that gets you, saw the press conference after the hearing. Not a good look. If DeSantis cares about this country he’d clear this up NOW!
Audit where the money went. If there’s a problem then there’s a problem, if there ain’t then there ain’t.
It is assumed foul play between Desantis and his wife and it makes major headlines. On our side, there is Billions worth of fraud and we wait for "Concrete Evidence" before a single person is named...
smmfh...
We know every Democrat member of Congress is corrupt.
If you want to name all of them go for it!
nice cop out...
Just showing your a** again
You’re obsessed with the man
And the reason I seldom come here anymore after 25 years

After living most of my life in a blue state with corrupt and incompetent governors, I love living in Florida with DeSantis as governor. On the other hand, it is my feeling that his wife is bad news. She may have been the person who pressed him to run for president which ended any future plans he may have had.
Now this.
If he can eliminate my property taxes - and I think he can - I don’t care what else he or his wife do.
