Am I the only one able to figure out a solution that's best for both the U.S. and the victim? Put him in horse pen bent over in a very compromising position, inject the stud horses with Viagra, stream it on the web for a fee, use the proceeds to deport him with the excess going to the victim.

That will pay for his deportation, provide some financial compensation to the victim, and greatly reduce the number of future rapes.
