Fine. Drop him off in Paula’s neighborhood and let him thumb a ride home.
Is Judge Xinis going to be kissing Garcia’s twin baldies cheeks in a public ceremony?
What if El Salvador says EFF off?
as i understand it
the sticking point is the “Maryland Dad” didnt want to go to El Salvador cuz its not safe for him
well then send him to Ukraine
Zelensky is looking for good men
Slime magazine’s “America’s Bestest Father of the Year”. Nominated by the jackasses in the Judicial Department.
We are long past the point of throwing these scumbags in prison.
wasn’t he wanted there for something there? I suspect their rightful reply will be “sure you can have him back, after his trial and sentence are complete”
he’s a true leader too! (I mean he was a leader of the gang right?)
little Z might be afraid of him.....
They will
El Salvador has him, and he’s out of US jurisdiction. He’s a murderer in that country
DemonicRAT judges = Make America Suck Again.
IOW, if Pres. Bukele goes mad and decides he wants to return his own citizen (now safely locked up) to the U.S., then the U.S. must facilitate that process. But if Bukele says "up yours, Judge Xinis" and keeps the MS-13 gangster in El Salvador, that's the end of it.
If I understand correctly the real reason may be because he is wanted in El Salvador.
And if so that may be a reason that Bukele will say no when the US asks him to return the guy.
He’s still illegal, move him to his home country then.
thanks for the clarification
so some judge put a hold on his deportation cuz he was wanted in el salvador
who is the judge?
My guess is that her next step will be to order the Administration to certify all the efforts they made to bring him home. The Administration will rightly refuse to comply, but may provide a short and cursory statement to the effect that they let El Salvador know they would like him returned but that request was not accepted. They will refuse to provide details regarding that communication.
She may try to hold the Administration in contempt but will ultimately lose if she does.
If you read the fine print in the ruling it pretty much Went Trump’s way. Basically the court said that the District courts have no business sticking their nose in Executive branch foreign affairs.
But since the guy was deported in error the court is basically making the suggestion that Trump look into facilitating his return so they can then deport him on purpose. 😄 Its not an order. Trump can send a letter asking for his return wink wink and El Salvador can just say no.
But he's safely out of reach of is enemies in his own 'community', because he's in a high-security jail.
The mistake the DOJ admitted to was overlooking the 'special protection order' that the deported MS-13 guy had asked for and supposedly had been granted. Oops, too late now.
thanks
so he is safe and sound just like he wanted
