Yup. Either a horrible accident, or a deliberate but completely inscrutable act with no possible reason or motive carried out by someone whose social media will be scrubbed posthumously that will fall out of the news cycle immediately.

It looks like an accident. If someone was intent on killing pedestrians they likely wouldn’t just hit one place in such a manner as to flip the truck.
