Jim Jordan urges the House Appropriations Committee to include language in upcoming funding bills that would limit the ability of rogue judges to misuse nationwide injunctions.
House Judiciary Committee ^ | 3/31/25 | Jim Jordan

Chairman Cole and Chairman Joyce:

Since President Trump's inauguration, we have seen a dangerous trend of district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions that disrupt the implementation of federal policies.' These sweeping rulings, often handed down by a single judge, threaten the constitutional balance of power by overriding the popular will of the American people as embodied in Congress and the President.? The Committee on the Judiciary has developed legislative reforms within our jurisdiction to address this misuse of judicial authority and to restore balance between the branches of the federal government. The Committee on Appropriations is likewise charged with an important Constitutional check: Congress's power of the purse. As you develop appropriations for the federal judiciary, we respectfully urge you to consider appropriate language that would enhance judicial restraint and reaffirm democratic principles.

This Trump/Republican total surrender to our DC masters is worse than the first administration CF. Just get a couple Congressional special elections going so we can get to the impeachments sooner. I’m not stupid enough to be talking about judicial impeachments either.

%This has been well known for a while by those who seek to be informed.

The media has refused to cover for it and in fact run interference over this information getting out.

Judge Boasberg Caught in Another Scandalous Connection,
this Time with His Daughter’s USAID $$Connection
American Tribune ^ | April 01, 2025 | Mike Alby
FR Posted on 4/1/2025, 8:35:26 AM by Red Badger

In yet another troubling scandal, liberal judge James Boasberg, known for temporarily blocking President Trump’s deportations of violent Venezuelan gang members, faces fresh criticism after revelations linking his daughter to a far-left nonprofit that actively opposes stricter immigration enforcement and pockets millions of taxpayer dollars.

Partners in Justice, the group for which Katherine Baosberg works, is a pro-illegal immigration NGO that receives over half of its funding from USAID and other government grants; it reportedly provides legal advice and representation to criminal illegal aliens; the judge’s woke daughter, Katharine Boasberg, is employed by Partners in Justice, a progressive nonprofit that reportedly offers legal aid to illegal aliens, including members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua.

Adding to the scandal surrounding her employment at the woke nonprofit, not long after Katharine Boasberg’s father was assigned the immigration case, the nonprofit removed her biography page from its website, raising additional concerns about attempts to conceal potential conflicts of interest. Under the official Code of Conduct for United States Judges, judges must disqualify themselves when their neutrality is questioned, mainly when close relatives may have vested interests in the outcome of judicial proceedings, which Judge Boasberg did not abide by.

The group has openly opposed immigration laws that would strengthen border security while also publicly praising Judge Boasberg’s ruling against the Trump administration’s deportation plans. The NGO is also indirectly funded by taxpayers through USAID grants, receiving over $3.3 million from government grants in 2023 alone, equalling approximately half of the organization’s revenue.

Further intensifying concerns about Judge Boasberg’s impartiality, a recent online post highlighted his daughter Katharine’s troubling professional ties. The post explicitly alleged, “DAUGHTER OF OBAMA-APPOINTED JUDGE BLOCKING TRUMP’S DEPORTATIONS WORKS FOR NGO DEFENDING TDA & MS-13 MEMBERS.

Partners in Justice directly helps members of the same violent gangs her father was attempting to keep in the country. The remainder of the post said, “directly including members of violent gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13, deepening concerns about the integrity and impartiality of Judge Boasberg’s judicial decisions.” Watch Senator Jim Jordan tear apart Judge Boasberg during a Fox News Interview:

After the judge attempted to bypass the President’s orders, the founder of Partners in Justice, Emily Galvin-Almanza, took to social media, applauding the decision and celebrating judicial interference in Trump’s efforts to safeguard America. In her post, quoting an article title, she said, “Trump Administration Live Updates: Judge Orders Halt on Deportations of Venezuelans Under Wartime Law…That was (rightly) quick.”

Galvin-Almanza has also aggressively campaigned against the Laken Riley Act; in a video, she openly criticized efforts to curb judicial leniency toward illegal immigrant criminals. She took to X posting, “It’s not too late to learn how bad the Laken Riley act really is. Also, I wish so much this had a different name, it pains me every time I have to use that poor girl’s name for such a horrible law.”

President Trump sounded off on the woke judge, calling him a radical left lunatic. Posting his frustrations on Truth Social, his post reads, “This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker, and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING!”

The President stated that Judge Boasberg should be impeached for temporarily blocking the deportations. Continuing his post, he said, “I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do. This Judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

They are going to stall off any real change until the Democrats get a majority of the seats through special elections. Even if they have to give up control they are NOT going to let Trump get much done. Or they are going to set up the stage for the Democrats to reverse everything Trump is getting done.

Both left and right their loyalties are to themselves and the Global NWO period.

This is typical Jim Jordan and I’m so sick of him. The Congress simply needs to pass legislation prohibiting lower court judges from issuing nationwide injunctions. They just won’t do it.

The Supreme Court and the Congress are going to end up forcing Trump to take this into his own hands to save the sovereignty of the executive branch and all hell is going to break loose.

Perhaps:

No federal injunction shall be effective against the executive branch until the injunction is signed by Speaker Johnson or Senator Thune.

Adults have patience. Spoiled children demand immediate gratification.

You’re the latter.

Here’s some live do nothing gum flapping about the issue in the House today.

D.C. - The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet and the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will hold a joint hearing on Tuesday. The hearing, “Judicial Overreach and Constitutional Limits on the Federal Courts,” will examine the constitutional limits of the judicial power, with a focus on recent temporary restraining orders (TROs) and injunctions that have infringed on the rightful power of the President of the United States.
