Thanks to mail in voting, democrat James Malone started off with a 25-30% point lead.
Why do mail in ballots ALWAYS favor democrats?
I really hope Elections are truly fixed by 2026 midterms… right now we have the Presidency, House, and Senate.
There are no excuses anymore why they shouldn’t.

How much cheating was there to lose a deep red seat?
According to Wikipedia, the population in that race is 269,182.
This is pure Republican apathy at work.
We are too comfortable with Trump doing the work for us.
I’m guessing it’s because some GOP-e don’t mind cheating either, for example, when opposed by an actual conservative in a primary election.

It’s also interesting how Malone had a 25 to 30 percent lead. Perhaps some voters were concerned about the speed of DOGE, which is unfortunately upending the lives of a lot of people, and not just the government workers that have been fired.
However, the voters took it out on the wrong level of government. If they are that worried, they should be concentrating on the Federal elections, rather than punishing Pennsylvania, which has nothing to do with DOGE.

If we depend on a Supreme Leader to do it all for us, we WILL be disappointed. It does not matter if that Supreme Leader is Barack Obama, Joe Biden or Donald Trump. We have to do some of this stuff ourselves.

No, it was typical gop special Election apathy.

Mail-In ballot FRAUD, that’s what. Elon spent lots of time in Pennsylvania to help Trump win there and he knows a LOT about their FRAUD MACHINE. So tired of FReepers buying into the MYTH that Democrats can still win races after the Biden/Kamala train wreck.
Looks like the difference was less than 500 votes
This is state senate election. It’s heavily Amish country, but I doubt they turned out as they did in Nov. 2024
Democrats are really good at mobilizing for local elections - their leadership makes sure all the government employees, public school employees, and government union people of all stripes show up.
And that also includes stretching every allowable law for mail-ins, instant registrations, and/or ballot harvesting.
And we stink at Special Elections
