As rough the prison in El Salvador is, it is NOT the concentration camp.
The prisoners seem well fed and dressed in clean clothing. They are not being worked to death. Poison gas in not being applied. No executions are being held. And, they are guilty!
I think, the biggest punishment is to share cell with 80 other gangsters! That, I admit, must be rough!
