DOJ files Motion to Disqualify Judge in Perkins Coie case.

Fair proceedings free from any suggestion of impartiality are essential to the integrity ofour country’s judiciary and the need to curtail ongoing improper encroachments of President Trump’s Executive Power playing out across the country. In this case, reasonable observers may well view this Court as insufficiently impartial to adjudicate the meritless challenges to President Trump’s efforts to implement the agenda that the American people elected him to carry out. In fact, this Court has repeatedly demonstrated partiality against and animus towards the President. Examples include this Court enabling the improper efforts of disgraced former prosecutor Jack Smith despite a readily apparent lack of venue in this District; wrongly suggesting in public that President Trump is an authoritarian; and incorrectly finding that President Trump—the most well- known man on Earth—presents a flight risk where even the prior Administration’s Department of Justice had to retract such a suggestion. This Court’s comments at the hearing on the meritless motion for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) in this case, including gratuitous and biased references by this Court regarding the investigation of Special Counsel Robert Mueller (“Mueller Report”), confirm that reasonable observers may view this Court as incapable of fairly adjudicating these claims against the Commander-In-Chief.

Beryl Howel. But the same could be said for mostly any of the scum on the dc circuit. 99.9% of them give the other .1% a bad name.

“Who is the judge?”

Congress needs to impeach all these judges. The reason is investigatorial powers of subpoena. Specifically financial information on these judges and their families. It’s always about the money trail. That’s how they found out about Hunter’s money laundering, payoffs from Chicom company and Ukraine energy company.
I’ll bet we could find problematic links to NGOs US government agencies.
I’m sure FBI is looking into financial links between these law firms and judges and their families.

Howl is not just any “judge”.

She rewrote laws to suit her hatred of Trump and MAGA people in general. Example:

And she was just getting started. When she stepped down as the Chief Judge of the DC Circuit (which Boasberg stepped into), the other judges were nervous about praising her - she had turned the court into a Soviet show trial operation with her unbelievable attacks.

She got an award from the Inn group (I still don’t remember the name because it makes no sense to me) that has Boasberg as the president. She was nominated by Boasberg for the award because of the way she handled J6 cases. Never mind that the J6 judges were slapped down by SCOTUS for violating the constitution by accepting bizarre legal theories.

Apparently in that club that John Roberts, Boasberg, and these other corrupt judges (who refuse to recuse themselves when clearly calRobert’s, belong to you get awarded for violating the Constitution. Tells us all we need to know.

I hope you’re right.

I also hope they look at the HAMR records, which the programmer commissioned by Clapper and Brennan (to spy on judges and justices) said was for extortion purposes. Chief Justice Roberts was one but there were a bunch more. Dennis Montgomery gave his records to the Obama fbi in exchange for immunity and James Comey buried it. It’s way past time to open that all up and pursue the evidence that the Intel community actually used this for extortion of judges who would obviously then be pushed into critical positions.

Since the libs like to go to the same cast of stooge judges every time, could it be that this is the way forward? Point out their family ties to the dems, and disqualify them from hearing cases?

Why do all these cases need to be heard by DC circuit judges? Congress could very easily pass legislation assigning such cases to random federal judges throughout the country. I realize Mike Johnson and John Thune are RINO failures, but why isn't Trump leaning on them to pass legislation to combat the judicial lawfare? Putting all of his eggs in the Supreme Court basket when John Roberts and ACB are likely to join with the liberals is beyond risky.

Congress should just get rid of the DC district court. Cases that affect the wholecountry should be heard in places where the demographics are representative of the country as a whole.

"judge" Beryl Howell is one of the greasiest, slipperiest "judges" in the DC swamp.

She was in on the ground floor of industrial-level vote fraud when she clerked for DNC stooge-"judge" Dickinson R. Debevoise at the beginning of her career.

Debevoise was the man who enabled the Democrats to commit vote fraud with impunity for decades.

She's BIGLY partisan.

The DC Circuit needs to be removed, root and branch, and its cases transferred.

Several commentators have observed that Congress could and should pass a law mandating that federal court injunctions be confined solely to the district they are issued in - in fact, before Trump's first term, nation-wide injunctions were rare. It's a judicial tactic aimed squarely at blocking Trump. Congress should act on this immediately - the GOP controls both houses. What's keeping Johnson and Thune?

Rhetorical question, of course. Both are useless RINOs.
