“But if you take politics out of governance, where does that leave public opinion? How do you maintain a democratic form of government in which the people are supposed to have a say in how they’re governed? You don’t, actually. It would be, and is, impossible. Indeed, the entire point of the administrative state is to render elections largely meaningless. Whether it’s a change of president in the White House or a shift in the congressional majority, the goal is to strip the authority of the political branches to adjudicate political questions and place that authority in the hands of so-called experts inside the bureaucracy.
“After generations of this sort of rule, we can see what it produces: a bloated and unaccountable deep state controlled by partisan ideologues who wield massive policymaking power, answerable to neither the president nor the Congress. Whatever you call this system of government, it isn’t the republican constitutionalism that our Founders set up, and it isn’t accountable to the American people. Voters can twice elect a president like Trump, who openly ran on dismantling the deep state, only to find that the deep state is not controlled by the elected president. It is a power unto itself, indifferent to the wishes of the people.
“All of this directly relates to the judicial coup now underway. The injunctions and restraining orders coming out of the federal courts are a result of the complete takeover of the administrative state. Indeed, they are one of the deep state’s last lines of defense against the reassertion of actual political power in the person of Trump.”

“ The plain reality is that this fight with the federal courts is really a fight against the entire progressive scheme of administrative rule, and it’s one that Trump has to win if we ever want to restore the role of politics — that is, of public opinion and the consent of the governed — to its rightful place in America.”
This needs to end, this is a deliberate attack by the left, soros and his paid radical groups and judges.
No, it’s not worse than I think. It is going to be worse for them than THEY think. Wait for it...
Thing is, if Trump continues to play by their rules they are just going to run out the clock. We who want this levitation dismantled do not have the time to play these stupid cat and mouse names. We either play to win or trumps administration is over before it got to do what it wanted to do.
Biden ignored the Supreme Court and blatantly said he would keep doing, with nary a harsh word from anyone. Precedence has already been set. Trump needs to ignore all of this BS and move forward.
optimistically, the judiciary would be one self-inflicted administrative policy disaster away from being tossed into the dustbin of history...
I am reading BKO’s book “Hell To Pay” and in it there is an interesting small part about Critical Legal Studies, or Crits. The followers of this philosophy wanted to deconstruct American law as known at the time and then rebuild it to fight for the varying leftist causes. Seems this very much influenced these activist judges wanting to stop deportations, restore funding to corrupt government entities, and other Trump initiatives.
And neither did Trump. They've got too much to lose. And some, perhaps many, will go to jail.
As Trump would say, this is a matter of negotiation (i.e., a card game, a battle). It's a battle in the big war to take back the country.
Trump will win this battle even if he has to fight each and every corrupt judge who tries to stall him—and he will win the war.
this leaves me wondering who pays for the electricity, natgas, water, sewage, garbage disposal, and salaries of federal district courts...
None of this is new. The Left have gone to the judges whenever they can’t get the people to vote their way.
These leftist judges need to be charged, tried, and convicted for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
We can see this happening in real time. "Turn those planes around!" Is this guy drunk on power or what?? We're getting to the point where our options are narrowing. When we're all looking at federal judges and remembering the quote about watering the tree of liberty, the situation is getting dire. Trump is probably our last chance. We're on the Fall of the Roman Empire trajectory.
“..These leftist judges need to be charged, tried, and convicted for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States....”
Basically, they’re committing treason.
They should be arrested and whisked away to CECOT in El Salvador where they can “socialize” and bunk down with their best gangster/terrorist buddies. Spit.
ping for later
America’s TOTALITARIAN robed mullahs are exposing themselves. WORDS. Anti-Constitution, anti-republic, anti-civilization.
We always knew that, while Trump’s win was too big to rig, the Deep State would still have control of Congress, the bureaucracy, the SCOTUS, and the judiciary.
Deep State was never going to be delenda est in a day.
This will take a while, folks.
As Thomas Paine wrote...
“...Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated...”
Hey Hey...
J.J....
How many judges did you impeach today?
ZERO...

There is another article at the federalist.com that I found worthy of the time to read. I was short of time and couldn’t post it. Maybe someone else can do so.
It is headlined, “SCOTUS’ Refusal To Rein In Rogue Lower Courts Has Become A Disturbing Pattern” and found at https://thefederalist.com/2025/03/20/scotus-refusal-to-rein-in-rogue-lower-courts-has-become-a-disturbing-pattern/
