British special forces have been put on high alert for potential deployment to Ukraine as part of a UK-led peacekeeping mission, The i Paper reported on March 18, citing military sources.
According to two sources referenced by the outlet, British special forces units have been instructed to prepare for possible mobilization to Ukraine.
Last week, the UK’s military planning command center reportedly received directives to begin preparing personnel and resources for the mission.
The orders, which also included instructions for special forces reservists, involved ensuring that military equipment is in working condition and that troops are prepared for rapid deployment.

The British military is just a shell of its former self. I was recently reading an article where a British commando was saying he had to buy much of his own equipment.

Trump’s brilliance is really starting to shine. By distancing himself from the EU warmongers, he has established the U.S. in the position of a neutral broker, whose influence could tip the balance in either direction.
The SAS aren’t cops. What they do is kill people in some amazingly creative ways. That’s probably not the intended mission for “peace keepers”.

Sad, but probably what it will take for the Brits to finally realize that throwing their citizens into this meat grinder to unnecessarily die in a land far away is not a great idea .... Unless some of their newly imported and violent immigrants lead the way..... Make it a condition of entry.

The last time I recall that the US and commie land aligned on an international issue against France and Britan was the Suez crisis of 56. Would be interesting if that happened again assuming the Vindman boys agree to mind their own business.
The Brits and French for some reason seem in favor of having a war with Putin. I hope Trump tells them directly whatever they do in that regard, they are on their own. Agreeing to a cease fire and some kind of split up of Ukraine is not the fair result given Putin’s invasion but it is the only one that is going to end up happening without a huge conflagration, unless some fed judge issues an injunction.
I urge Trump to provide this contemplated UK operation the same level of political support they gave us in Vietnam.
