The 62-year-old woman who died while visiting her husband at Mule Creek State Prison was strangled, the Amador County Sheriff’s Office said.
Stephanie Diane Brinson’s manner of death was a homicide, the sheriff said. Family members tell KCRA she was known as Stephanie Dowells.

Why do they have apartment style rooms in a prison? Why do they have 40-hour visitations? That sounds like one heck of a prison.
Conjugal visit gone wrong. I’m assuming the inmate had to be seen by an officer for the daily counts, but it appears that the prison didn’t require the visitor to be seen as alive and well. Guess that rule will be changing.

On the other hand, deny or restrict the visit and all sorts of civil rights lawyers will be knocking at your door.
The solution is to execute such monsters. Then problem solved. No more worries.

An hour for sex is all they need. 2-3 hours if there are kids. It’s good. Keeps them from going crazy.

Plenty of lonely women out there. Cats can only do so much. Plenty of men out there that don’t break the laws. Even ugly women can get it but they choose not to.
When the guy’s locked up the women are in control. That could be it.
This is where Scott Peterson was transferred to after San Quentin. It’s also the facility that was in the news fairly recently for having some big sex scandal amongst the guards there. Situated at an old mining camp in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.
Certainly could be part of it. In others, they like the adrenaline rush they get, from being with a bad guy.
