CHICAGO — A judge has tossed a man in jail, calling him a threat to law enforcement after he allegedly confronted the prosecutor handling his domestic violence case with a belt in a courtroom elevator.
“You’re the b***h prosecutor,” Devin White allegedly said while holding his belt in his hand. “You want to go?”
He proceeded to follow the woman off the elevator at the 555 West Harrison courthouse until she jumped into a safe room and called for help, according to court filings. Even then, the 36-year-old White continued screaming at the woman.
Records show he was at the courthouse that day for a routine hearing in a case that accuses him of child endangerment. The incident allegedly happened on February 19, but White was only recently charged with felony counts of threatening a public official and intimidation.
Judge Luciano Panici, Jr. granted a state petition to keep White in jail on the new charges, saying he “made threats to the very person in control of his own criminal prosecution.”

Do I need to look?
L
Kind of gives credence to his accuser’s claims, doesn’t it?
I’m not violent. I wouldn’t hurt anyone. And if you say I am, I’m going to kill you . . . .
I miss Chicago. Entertainment daily, on all fronts. Nothing like a major US city run by the Democrats continuously for 94+ years and counting....
🤪
You couldn’t pay me to go to any of libtard, Rat hellholes right now.
No, Boo Boo.
A bullet is greater than any belt if used in a timely manner.
"Restorative justice" apparently means restoring the ability of criminals to commit more crimes.
If he had only threatened a normal person and not one of the noblesse du robe of the court system, he'd be back on the street already.
No one understands the oppression (by all y’all crackas) that poor, poor man has suffered. It’s not his actions which have seen him in and out of jail, it’s the actions of society (all y’all crackas) which caused him to act out against Bebe’s kids (IYKYK).
Tip of the hat to Robin Harris. RIP bruh…
Who is he? Carlos Rizzi?
Well, it did happen in Chicago. He probably thought it couldn’t possibly hurt.
Well it turns out this time he is White, believe it or not.
And by that I mean his name is Devin White.
But yeah - he was there for a hearing in a domestic violence case. Beyond that he has a history of robbery and assaulting women. A paragon of virtue for his race.
This is how I see our arrogant court systems.
Agreed. It's also one of the main reasons for Trump.
The arrogance of the legal and governing classes in the United States simply cannot be tolerated in a republic. The "one rule for me, another for thee," has to be destroyed root and branch.
I'm worried now that Trump will wind up like Gulliver, bound by the threads of a 1000 Lilliputian TROs. I think he will have to address this head on. I think he will have to say that when it comes to the exercise of core executive functions like hiring and firing or disbursing monies, the courts have no say, just like they have no control of Congress' parliamentary rules. Similarly with border control and removing illegal alien invaders, and decisions about fitness for military service like removing trannies.

Bad optics.

So strange that the prosecutor would handle his case in the elevator. And I wonder how she employed the belt.
“”follow the woman off the elevator at the 555 West Harrison courthouse until she jumped into a safe room and called for help, according to court filings. Even then, the 36-year-old White continued screaming at the woman.””
The writer couldn’t call the person being threatened, “the prosecutor?” Confusing as the title says “domestic violence” and you expect that the idiot is yelling at a woman he’s involved with. Nope needs to be read a couple of times to discover it’s the PROSECUTOR!
To heck with buying Greenland, move IL to New England as people there are just as messed up as those in IL. Nary a difference in their politicians!
