One of the biggest Executive Orders President Trump signed was the Immediate Expansion of American Timber Production order. It is an emergency act to lower the cost of lumber for housing and buildings. It’s secondary purpose is the proper management of the forests to prevent wildfires and make them as healthy and prosperous once again.

The overall purpose is to wrestle the power away from the Sierra Club and courts from locking up the forests like they have over the past fifty years. This has not only closed hundreds of mills and tens of thousands of jobs but has made the forests into a tinder box waiting for a spark like was seen in Los Angeles and Maui. This is an emergency order to prevent future deadly wildfires from happening.

He is ordering the Interior Dept., Agriculture Dept, BLM, and US Forest Service to come up with plans to eliminate heavy-handed federal polices which stop timber sales. It also wants to eliminate the waiting times, expense, and roadblocks that stop mills from being able to harvest trees properly. This order addresses nearly all the issues the Sierra Club has used to weaponize the out-of-control courts to kill the lumber industry. The key goal of this EO is to promote sound forest management.

The Endangered Species Act has been turned into something it was never intended to be. By using fake science the attorneys have gotten species after species onto the act whether it was endangered of not. Scientists have been fudging the numbers and truth for decades as they are more agenda driven pols than actual scientists. They worship the trees and believe if they can save one tree from the chainsaw, they have done their mission so like Climate Change and Peak Oil, they claimed animals like the Spotted Owl needed unlimited forests to survive when nothing can save it with or without more land.

The Spotted Owl has been hunted by the Barred Owl for the past fifty years which migrated from the Midwest around a hundred years ago. It is bigger, stronger, and more aggressive, which the Spotted Owl is no challenge. The Sierra Club and their scientists claimed it grew in Old Growth forests even though other studies showed it in Second Growth it grew faster. It was a complete lie by the environazis but the courts and BLM agreed with the scientists closing some of the most valuable lands in America to logging.

Now the Feds only allow 3% of their land to be harvested, which means all the mills are bidding on the same small amounts of forests. Then they can expect ten years of legal fights costing millions of dollars to maybe win in court or lose everything, which is why most of the mills have closed.

The EO also addresses both thinning of the forests to keep them healthy and making fire breaks to stop runaway forests stopping the 500 square mile wildfires the Western States have been suffering under. These fires are blast furnaces due to the amount of fuel laying on the forest floors and dead and dying from not being thinned properly. In addition, after the fire the Sierra Club does not allow loggers to go in and clear out the dead trees, which leads to insect infestation which normally kills an equal amount of live trees around the burn. The Sierra Club will not even allow the dead trees to be taken to the mill since they have convinced their followers forest fires are good and chainsaws are bad. It is a pagan cult that large numbers have fallen for.

This Executive Order is one of the most important ones he has signed. It attempts to change the earth worship cult to limit their locking up the resources and begin to manage them properly. It protects the people from needless forest fires while providing revenue for roads and schools. For a state like Oregon, it can turn a forest from costing the state a half a billion dollars in forest fires and maintenance into hundreds of millions of tax receipts for roads. This is a big step for America away from communist dictators and towards proper stewardship of God’s resources.

One of the key issues this week mentioned by some but ignored by many is the hotly contested race in WIsconsin for a seat in the state Supreme Court.

This is a race that would normally be a much lower profile with a few million bucks at most pumped into the competition.

So far over 60 million has been spent and both sides are aggressively fighting over the seat.

Like Trump, Brad Schimel believes judges should apply the law, not make the law. As Schimel says in his recent ad, Wisconsinites should decide abortion policy in the state, not an activist court. As attorney general under former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Schimel had a solid record of respecting the Constitution and the distinct roles of the three branches of government. He also understands the value of life as a father with two adopted daughters.

Conversely, Susan Crawford is a radical judge with an abortion activist track record. Planned Parenthood was a client of Crawford's, and she represented them in court. She fought against a law for women's safety requiring abortion businesses to have hospital admitting privileges. She also represented the abortion industry in fighting a law to prevent women from being coerced into abortions. Crawford has been publicly grieving the end of Roe v. Wade, the case that is responsible for the deaths of 63 million unborn babies. Maybe most disturbingly of all, she uses the same euphemisms as the abortion industry, calling abortion “health care.”

Because Wisconsin voters elected a Republican legislature, the pro-abortion lobby hopes to use the Wisconsin Supreme Court to circumvent the will of the people and allow for abortion without limits.

The Democrats have wholeheartedly embraced Crawford's extremist history and are campaigning based on her clear messages of how she will rule in abortion cases. This mirrors their efforts two years ago when the party lined up behind the liberal Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewicz who ran her campaign almost completely on the issue of abortion. Following the Protasiewicz model, Crawford has been working closely with Democrats. She headlined a Democrat fundraising call last month that called for more investments into her race to “put to more House seats in play.”

Since last week, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America's Women Speak Out field team has been deploying student canvassers to speak with Wisconsin voters at their doorsteps about showing up on April 1 to vote for Brad Schimel.

We're investing in this race at a time that state supreme court elections matter more than ever. Thanks to the Dobbs decision, the people now have the ability to protect life through their elected officials at every level. If we have activist courts, however, we're at risk of having mini Roe decisions all across the country that prevent states from saving unborn children.

Lives depend upon Brad Schimel defeating Susan Crawford on April 1. Wisconsin voters must show up on April 1 as they did last November for Trump.
