The NHS is the largest employer, publi or private, in the UK will over a million employees.
A huge chunk of them never see a patient.
Thousands are a drop in the bucket.

Since they left the EU, they are again Free and Independent.
Palantir landed a contract to analyze inefficiencies in the NHS. This may be the fruits.
