I guess to Chris Murphy and his lefty lunatics , Khalil is the 2020's equivalent of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.

He is not a citizen. The president still has plenary power over any privileges he may have.

Green cards are conditional.

I knew a guy who had one, was arrested for reckless driving and DUI, then found himself being deported back to Slovakia.

Same here. Support a designated terrorist organization?

Bye bye.

The Democrats can't figure out that taking sides with the 20% on 80/20 issues is a losing proposition.

Amazingly stupid of them.

The Dems still don’t get why they lost.
I’m sure Carville desperately wishes he could be deputized as House Whip, just for two or three months. Oh, Boy, would he start cracking the whip, trying to snap these Dems out of their Progressive Clone trance. He would be far more aggressive than Elon is with his DOGE campaign.

Exactly.

If you’re here by special permission, you’d better behave yourself.

Holds a green card=so what
Married to a US citizen=so what
Legal resident of the US=so what, not a citizen

When you are a guest in someone else’s house, behave or leave.

And his dingbat wife can go with him. See if he still wants her now that she's of no Green Card use to him.

A resident alien in possession of a green card has been granted only a limited amount of freedom, and it is nowhere near the latitude extended to a person who is fully a citizen.

But hey, Rosie O’Donnell self-deported already, so that is not the worst resolution of all available to Mahmoud Khalil.

He is a foreign national. Charge him in Federal court with conspiracy to violate the civil rights of Americans, in this case Jewish students who were harassed and assaulted . Then deport him.

It should be presented as something like: "It is not the policy of the United States to unnecessarily break up families, therefore we are offering her a one-way ticket to accompany her husband to Gaza..."

The signers of the letter—Representatives Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, Mark Pocan and Gwen Moore of Wisconsin, Nydia Valasquez of New York, Delia Ramirez of Illinois, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Jasmine Crockett and Al Green of Texas, Summer Lee of Pennsylvania, Ayanna Pressley and James McGovern of Massachusetts, Lateefah Simon of California, Andre Carson of Indiana, and Nikema Williams of Georgia—used scathing language to decry the arrest, and the role played by Trump in targeting Khalil.
