This is the third murder this pile of excrement has committed. Are they going to sentence him to life again. Hey Newsom how’s that shutting down death row working out?

Benjamin Franklin said, "Two can keep a secret so long as one is dead".

Scratch that one.

I’ve even argued with anti-death penalty Freepers. Obviously with Dems that belief is nearly universal.

A key to their argument is “life is precious” or killing them somehow makes society equally immoral?
Ohh yeah?

Then what about cases such as this that are quite common:
1. Killing others self seal defeats that assertion. Executing such scum makes sure they never take another so called precious life.
2. By making 💯 sure they can never kill again you have to essentially make them live in solitary confinement. Degrading their life quality so far “precious” becomes a dubious claim.

Maybe Newsom is an evil genius. He’s gotten inmates to carry out executions.

Hmm? I thought prisons typically keep this quiet by having the victim declared dead at the hospital, or any other place offsite so as not to NOT go on record as another murder inside the prison.

This homicide would be the third time Yates is accused of murdering another inmate in prison

Yet they keep giving this violent lunatic more cellmates. I bet the government officials are trying to figure all this out.

I believe in the death penalty; there is the rare instance when a person is wrongfully convicted (not on a technicality, but a true instance of an innocent person being convicted). In those cases, it is a tragedy, but with our system of review and appeals, a convicted person has years to make peace with God and be saved, so that when they are put to death, they will be with the LORD when they die. In olden times (and in some societies today), a sentence of death was carried out immediately or very soon thereafter. That still gives a person the opportunity to make peace with God; it only takes a moment in time. Our time on earth is infinitesimal, compared to eternity; where we spend eternity is what matters. The only sin that cannot be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit -— rejecting the work of the Holy Spirit in the redemptive work of Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 -— For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; the Holy Spirit reveals the LORD to us; to reject Him and deny Him is blasphemy. The lowest sinner can be redeemed, if he will not reject the LORD, but instead receive Him as LORD and Savior.

The caliber of people we hire as prison guards are barely removed from the population they're hired to guard themselves.

If you're ever unfortunate enough to find yourself incarcerated for breaking any one of the countless tens of thousands of laws that we have on the books, don't expect the prison guards to care about your safety or well-being.

Wild guess... When he’s brought up on charges for the first murder, he’ll blame it on the dead guy. It kind of makes sense... Instead of being convicted for two murders, he’ll only be convicted for one... In another 20 years everybody will forget about it and they’ll release him compassionately for his good behavior

Coincidence that I just watched the movie A Good Marriage about a serial killer and that was the movie poster quote for it.
