"Thousands of pages of documents."
"I have the FBI going through them."
"It's now in the possession of the FBI."
"Kash is going to get me a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld."

The rubric is “under-promise and over-deliver”. I think Pam’s got it backward.
CC
She’d better not make any promises she can’t keep this time.
Hey, why are all these people named “Black Sharpie?”
Exactly! Probably a truck load of nyt and wp old editions!
That’s what’s scary: protection of the Communist Democrats comes before ANYTHING ELSE, even if it serves the good of the entire country.
“I love Deep State on the run. They don’t know who to trust or who will turn on them.”
exactly ... I think it was Tulsi Gabbard who said a few days ago after she fired 100+ intelligence personnel who had setup and operated a private encrypted perv ring for years using U.S. property and software, that whistle-blowers were suddenly coming out of the woodwork because they saw that their risks were worth taking because miscreants were actually getting nuked instead of themselves being blown-off and fired ...
given that, i suspect we ain’t seen nuttin yet!
“I bet it’s 200 receipts from Domino’s.”
I share your cynicism.
Pam Barrdi!
Yup—the more you fire the more cooperation you get—and it is an exponential not a linear function.
As in some of them should have already started revising resumes and removing personal effects from offices before Friday due time right now.
The only appropriate response to such public and direct insubordination is to immediately find and fire those responsible without exception.
Apparently, but he is unlikely to have been the only one involved.
Supervisors and managers have no union protection.
They can be fired on the spot.
yep, and it’s guaranteed that a ton of people who’ve been squashed in their careers by the criminal behavior of their bosses have squirreled away tons of evidence against said bosses ... in a bureaucracy, it’s called covering your ass, and successful bureaucrats play that game exceedingly well ... i should know: been there and done that myself my whole career ...
Better late than never. I had some serious misgivings about Trump 1.0 that are almost ALL addressed very positively by Trump 2.0. I hope that Bondi has learned her lesson. And Patel will certainly end up firing lots of people as this cover up couldn’t have happened without plenty of accomplices.
Yes. As long as she’s been around, I thought she would know.
But, perhaps what we see now, is basically the Bondi personal style and approach. One that has worked well for her in the past.
Yup—me too.
I routinely took copies of files home if I was worried my boss was going to stab me in the back.
Fortunately I never had to use them.
“I routinely took copies of files home if I was worried my boss was going to stab me in the back.”
ditto ... but a couple of times i had to use them to anonymously back-stab and eliminate a troublesome, ineffective and obstructive supervisor ... in other words, i got my retaliation in BEFORE i could be stabbed in the back ... it can be a vicious game ...
Moment please ladies and gentlemen, try to remember, we have one veteran of the swamp wars. General IwoDon. The rest of these folks have a learning curve. They have the passion. They have the desire. I beg you please, patience. When things start to go astray do you honestly think we have a President that is going to drag a lawn chair across a beach? Puleeze! I got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell ya.
Any FReepers who have trashed her and Kash since last week want to apologize?
