White complicity is the idea that individuals who belong to dominant racial groups can inadvertently participate and uphold racism if they are not engaging in Anti-racist work
White Privilege is the societal advantage that individuals who are perceived as white receive, often without realizing it, simply because of their race. This concept acknowledges that racial inequality is not solely the result of individual actions or attitudes, but is deeply embedded within societal structures and institutions.
White Supremacy refers to a system of power and privilege that prioritizes and centers the interests, experiences, and perspectives of white people while marginalizing and oppressing people of other racial or ethnic backgrounds. This system is rooted in the belief that white people are inherently superior, and it operates through various social, economic, and political structures to maintain and reinforce racial hierarchies and inequalities.

I’ve gotten to 63 and have yet to see White Privilege showering blessings on me because of a birth status I had no choice in.
DEI IS racist and wrong for teaching the fallacy that society runs on a sliding scale of victimhood where the more put-upon you are (boxes checked) the higher you’re elevated in their preferred construct - merit and talent be damned.
